1. Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging with all labels, tags, and accessories intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Certain products, such as batteries and motor oils, may not be eligible for return once opened due to safety and regulatory reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Opened or used motor oils
- Batteries once removed from packaging
- Any products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” during the purchase process
3. Return Process

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product. GBHonda.com is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. We will notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will exclude any shipping fees incurred during the original purchase or return process.
- In case of a canceled order, refunds will only be issued if the product has not yet been shipped.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our Customer Support.
- Exchanges will be subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Provide us with a detailed description and, if possible, photos of the damage.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items at no extra cost to you.
7. Cancellations
